Tracking & Delivery FAQ

My tracking number isn't working yet.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation email is sent. Please check again later.

My order says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it.

Wait 24 hours sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early. Check with neighbors and your building mailroom. Still nothing? Contact us immediately.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are only possible before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible at support@elixgear.com.

My package is stuck with no updates.

Occasional carrier delays happen. If there are no tracking updates for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a claim on your behalf.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes Standard and Expedited shipping are available to P.O. Boxes. Overnight shipping requires a physical street address for delivery.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away, no questions asked.
