The Return Process

Email us at support@elixgear.com with your order number and reason for returning. We'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Get Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your securely packed package.

Drop It Off

Drop your package at the nearest carrier location specified on your prepaid return label. Keep your receipt as proof of return.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

ElixGear 90-Day Products Warranty

ElixGear protects their customers with a direct Warranty against any technical issues. We proudly cover all items with a 90-Day Warranty, starting from the date of receiving your product, protecting you against technical defects and manufacturing flaws under normal use.

✓ What's Covered

Internal electronic malfunctions, hardware component failures, and factory defects that prevent the item from working as described, and dead-on-arrival (DOA) items. If your product fails to function properly due to a manufacturing flaw under normal use within 90 days, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, accidental drops, physical damage caused by the user, water or liquid damage, power surge damages, misuse, and any issues or defects resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made outside of our guidelines.

Please note that the 90-day Warranty covers item replacement only. Cash refunds are only available within our standard 15-day return window. if a covered defect arises, we will provide a working replacement item.
